I create documentation that is clear and user-focused, shaped by a background in philosophy and teaching.

My academic training in analytic philosophy honed my skills in nuanced reading, logical analysis, and precise communication. Clarity and rigor are the guiding values of analytic philosophy, and I bring these values to the work I do.

My teaching experience added another layer—audience analysis. Working with students all the way from 6th grade to college taught me how to adopt perspectives very different from my own and make information accessible to a wide range of audiences.

My portfolio includes a how-to guide with troubleshooting and escalation guidance for PaperScorer, a beginner quick-start tutorial for Markdown, and a non-technical conceptual explainer for version control and Git. I’m currently seeking technical writing roles focused on knowledge bases, help centers, and enablement, as well as EdTech roles focused on client enablement and documentation. I would welcome the opportunity to connect.
